Michael Anders is a founding partner of ICONIQ Capital, a global merchant bank/multi-family office based in San Francisco and New York. Jennet Arcara is a multi-method reproductive health researcher whose doctoral studies and research focus on the roles of gender, autonomy, and power in reproductive health and family planning in both domestic and international contexts. Jennet is a research associate with the Sexual Health and Reproductive Equity (SHARE) Program at the School of Social Welfare, University of California, Berkeley, where she collaborates on a series of mixed methods projects to develop and test new measures of pregnancy intention and their relationship to contraceptive use, relational factors, and structural inequities. During her doctoral studies, she has worked with MEASURE Evaluation and FHI360, was a UNC Fellow at IntraHealth International, and was a U.S. Department of Education Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellow in Urdu. Prior to returning to school, Jennet was a country programs manager at Venture Strategies Innovations, where she managed programs, policy development, and research for reducing maternal mortality from postpartum hemorrhage and unsafe abortion in Africa and South Asia. Jennet received an MPH in global health with a concentration in reproductive health and population studies from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University; an MPP with a concentration in gender and international development from the Hubert H. Prior to joining the Hewlett Foundation, Aimée worked as a grants manager at the Tides Foundation, managing a large portfolio of complex policy-focused and international grants. She provided technical assistance to philanthropic advisors, associates, and non-profit organizations. In board leadership, for two years she was the Secretary for ACCESS Women’s Health Justice, a reproductive justice organization providing personal assistance to women seeking access to women’s health services. Prior to that, for four years, she was Treasurer and Secretary for World Action for Humanity, a start-up fundraising organization that supported small projects in East Africa benefiting children affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Aimée holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wis. Robyn Bykofsky has spent nearly 20 years engaging Bay Area youth through media arts, music, and theater education. Throughout this time, she has been constructing dozens of hands-on, project-based workshops, developing curricula, and collaborating with Bay Area arts and community-based organizations.  Prior to becoming the Education Director at Downtown Berkeley’s new music venue The UC Theatre, she was the Director of Arts and Expression at Youth UpRising and the Director of Programs and Development at San Francisco’s Ninth Street Independent Film Center.  In addition, she collaborated with the Oakland-based filmmaker, Michelle Grace Steinberg on the short documentary, BEYOND RECOGNITION, which won “Best Short” at the 2015 San Francisco Green Film Festival, screened at over a dozen film festivals internationally and has aired nationally on PBS.

She is currently producing the feature documentary film, MET(T)A with Ms. Steinberg, which is scheduled for release in Fall 2018. Robyn has also designed sound for independent films that have screened at film festivals around the globe and was Staff Sound Engineer at the illustrious Berkeley Repertory Theatre. She received her BA in audio and video production from San Francisco State University and holds a Masters in Education with a focus in technology from Harvard Graduate School of Education.

She currently leads the Parents Association with over 600 volunteers and serves on the Board of Trustees at Head-Royce, her children’s school. She also serves on the Board of National Equity Project (formerly BAYCES), which coaches people to become the leaders who deliver on the promise of a quality education for every child in America. Eva worked for more than 10 years at Microsoft, marketing some of the company’s most successful products, including Word, Office and consumer titles. Her last role there was Director of Market Planning and Analysis for Microsoft’s line of home products. Other highlights at Microsoft include helping lead the turnaround in the company’s Japanese application software business during a 3 year stint in Microsoft’s Far East region and leading the first worldwide launch of Microsoft Office in over 25 languages. Prior to Microsoft, she worked in product management at Proctor & Gamble. Eva has a BA from Harvard University.

Jeff Camp grew up in California, attending public schools in the Bay Area. During high school he developed an interest in education policy as an active member of the California Association of Student Councils. He earned his BA at Harvard in East Asian Studies, where he studied Japanese. He worked for 12 years at Microsoft in Redmond and Tokyo in roles in marketing, product leadership, and general management. Since moving to the Bay Area in 2001, Jeff has been a very active member of Full Circle Fund’s Education Circle, which he now chairs. He is the lead author of the Education Impact Guide, a summary of competing strategies for improving education in California. Jeff is a frequent speaker and writer on education issues. He served on the California Governor’s Committee on Education Excellence, and was a reviewer for the Race to the Top competition.

Growing up on the border of Texas and Mexico, Michelle’s involvement in social work on both sides of the border developed into a passion for travel and economic issues. After receiving her BA from Loyola University Chicago she traveled for four months visiting 10 countries in 2 continents. On her return to the States she pursued a career in small business development as a Marketing Consultant for a national franchise (BAB, Inc.) of “Mom-and-Pop” cafés focusing on grassroots efforts for four years. She continued to assist sole proprietors in the massage industry by providing marketing tools and services in the role of Retention Manager for the largest non-profit association of massage therapists (AMTA) in the country before moving to San Francisco in 2009. She has continued to pursue her passion in small businesses development and economic opportunity by coaching and consulting small business owners nationally while contracting for CB Richard Ellis Property Management and volunteering with The Volunteer Center of San Francisco.

Margret Caruso is a partner in the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, which she joined in 2002 in its New York Office. Margret moved to Quinn’s Silicon Valley Office in 2005. where she focuses on trial and appellate work, primarily in intellectual property fields. Margret has litigated significant copyright, trademark, and false advertising matters, including the use of and “theft of ideas” copyright cases involving television shows and films. I’ve launched websites, marketing campaigns, and digital strategies for national brands like Kirkland’s and Sam’s Club and for regional brands like the Loveless Café and Nashville-based production company Morris. I also enjoy contributing to nonprofits with a focus on arts, education, and healthcare.

By day, Brittany is a Product Manager at Yelp, creating search experiences to connect people with great local businesses. Outside of her job, Brittany has been able to connect and work with local nonprofits through YCore, a social impact fellowship for young professionals. In September 2015, she got involved with YCore as a Project Lead and worked on a marketing project with CODE2040 as part of the Spring 2016 cohort. Today, she is a member of YCore’s Millennial Board, helping to recruit and engage other young professionals to get involved in social impact.

Brittany graduated from UC Berkeley in 2014, where she studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. At UC Berkeley, she developed non-profit and project management experience through her involvement with Berkeley Innovation, a human-centered design student group. She also interned at several ed-tech companies, including Magoosh and edX. She is passionate about the intersection of technology, design, and education, and hopes to someday make an impact in the education space. In her free time, Brittany enjoys bouldering, exploring new restaurants, and drinking tea.

Christian is an advocate for social impact, innovation, and community building in the Bay Area and beyond. He supports local nonprofits as a Rising Leader of Full Circle Fund and currently serves on the board for a nonprofit in Berkeley. During his time at Lending Club, he promoted Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and partnered with Citizen Schools to develop and teach financial literacy courses to Oakland students. As an Area Director for Toastmasters in San Francisco, he mentors several clubs and has competed in the International Speech Contest at the district level. As The San Francisco Foundation’s Director of Development, Pamela is responsible for new business and building relationships with new donors and fund holders. She works closely with individuals, families and private foundations, and with legal, financial and wealth advisors.  Pamela also serves as the Foundation’s liaison to Full Circle Fund.

Pamela has 25 years of experience in the philanthropic arena. Prior to joining The San Francisco Foundation in 2016, she worked for seven years as a consultant specializing in nonprofit management, board governance and fundraising. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer for Carondelet Foundation, the philanthropic arm of a healthcare network in Southern Arizona. Pamela holds a BA in Communications and a Masters in Public Health. She moved to San Francisco in March 2014. In 2016 she served as co-chair of the FCF Green Economy team in the Environment Circle.

Jackie Downing is a donor relations officer dedicated to supporting the San Francisco Foundation’s family of donors. Whether a long-time donor or new to the Foundation, Jackie is passionate about responding to our donors’ needs to ensure they meet their philanthropic goals and make a difference on the issues that are important to them. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jackie served in senior leadership roles at several Bay Area nonprofits, including Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) Network, where Jackie ran the individual donor program, while growing GSA Network’s brand, profile, and communications capacity on a national scale. Prior to GSA Network, Jackie was co-director of World Bridges in Oakland, a nonprofit dedicated to developing the leadership capacity of low-income, Bay Area youth of color. Jackie is a graduate of Oberlin College and a recipient of the Howard R. Swearer National Student Humanitarian Award from Brown University. She previously served on the board of the international human rights nonprofit School of the Americas Watch and worked as a human rights observer in Colombia.
