Take Action

EACH is an importantly different approach to education reform. The big idea: education policy has to work for everyone, not by catering to the lowest common standards, but by respecting and reflecting differentiated needs and circumstances. Today, many aspects of the current education system are one-size-fits-all. Adopting an EACH approach will require changes. It will be worth it.

Here's How

  • Teach EACH. It takes practice to think in terms of EACH, and the implications of taking an EACH approach to teaching and learning are sometimes startling. Movements take time and support to develop. Bring people together to talk about it.
  • Resist one-size-fits-all education policies. An EACH approach is harder, but it's the way to go.
