Community Leadership

Most people don’t identify themselves as leaders; rather, leadership is a quality noted by others. Full Circle Fund fosters community leadership by empowering exceptional individuals to engage issues of public importance in substantive ways.

We provide many learning opportunities for members to enhance their effectiveness as community leaders. Full Circle Fund members naturally hone their leadership skills through Circle work, experiential learning, member collaboration, and educational events.

Additionally, our annual Forum enables the broader community to work towards social change, even if Full Circle Fund membership is not right for them.

By cultivating the next generation of leaders today, we can ensure a vibrant, stronger community tomorrow.
