What is a Project Team?

Once a circle has gone through their grant cycle, they will vote on several projects to support for the year. The project team is the group of active members that engage in capacity building activities with the grantee organization. Project teams generally meet at least monthly outside of circle meetings and maintain regular correspondence to ensure momentum is not lost within a project.
