Progress Towards New Grants in Technology

The members of the Technology Impact Circle have narrowed down the list of organizations they are considering for their next year of grant projects. The team is continuing to look for highly qualified organizations based in the Peninsula/South Bay that are working on the digital divide issue.

We have two sessions left in this grant cycle in technology:

• August 13 - Presentations by potential grantees
• September 25 - Final vote meeting

Denise Aptekar, New Chair of Technology Impact Circle

Driven by her passion for community and technology, and her commitment to Full Circle Fund, Denise Aptekar has stepped up as Chair of the Technology Impact Circle. The Chair is a member leadership role that provides overall strategic direction for the Circle and also supports the engagement of other members on successful grant projects.

Denise's leadership as Chair will play a vital role shaping member experience, establishing the culture of the Circle, and ensuring the quality of our project work. She plans to sit down with each Technology Impact Circle member to get their feedback on how the Circle can have the greatest community impact.
