Ever since Academy Award-nominated documentary producer Marc Smolowitz (bio) joined Full Circle Fund as part of the 2006 class of Community Fellows, he has proved himself an invaluable member, ready to take on any challenge. First, as the team lead for our very successful SexInfo grant project, and more recently when he raised his hand to become Chair of our Technology Circle, Marc has been an enthusiastic, decisive community leader.
As Chair Marc will work to ensure that members in the Technology Circle are engaged in meaningful projects working towards community-based solutions that help all people take advantage of the opportunities enabled by technology.
Marc is particularly proud of the Technology Circle’s work to help produce a SexInfo PSA (watch the video), which has significantly increased use of SexInfo’s text messaging solution aimed at providing health education and services to at-risk youth.
