It’s hard to believe that our newest circle, Global Economic Opportunity, is in the home stretch of its first grant cycle and will select its grantees in September! Kudos to Grant Cycle Director Annette Brinton, the rest of the GEO leadership team, and the inquiry teams for their hard work so far. The Circle Meeting on August 17 is the last meeting before final presentations on September 14.
August’s meeting will be a series of breakout sessions that will allow members and guests to learn more about the specific organizations and potential projects, ask questions, and provide open, honest, and constructive feedback. The round robin structure is designed to facilitate a deeper level of dialogue and feedback between members and organization sponsors.
