After months of research, discussion, and exploration of potential partners, the Environment Circle chose their finalists for the 2010/2011 grant cycle. This decision was made via in person and proxy vote at their Circle meeting on February 16, hosted by Member and Grant Cycle Director Heather Sarni at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Special thanks to Greenberg Traurig, LLP for hosting this, and the future meetings of the Environment/Energy Circle meeting this year. The final grantees and projects will be decided in March.

Next up for the Circle is the March 4 meeting where the top six finalist organization sponsors and grantee representatives will be making their final presentations and discussing the specifics of the proposed projects. The final stage of the grant inquiry cycle is the March 17 Final Voting Meeting.

a Member who is currently in Italy, which is phenomenal.”"
