    Sienna Rogers is currently the Director of Strategy and Policy Design with Pacific Gas and Electric Company where she works on a variety of policy and strategy initiatives facing PG&E’s recently formed Grid Integration and Innovation organization.  Sienna joined PG&E in 2006 through its leadership development program, and has held a number of roles focusing on financial and strategic issues.  Some of the roles she has held include leading the team responsible for forecasting long term earnings and cash flow, investor relations, renewable strategy development and implementation of policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

    Prior to PG&E, Sienna worked in the financial sector, first for Schroder & Co. and then JPMorgan Chase, supporting origination and structuring of leverage buyout transactions and analyzing investment and credit risk of client portfolio companies in a wide range of industries.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Computer Science from Duke University and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

    Sienna serves as the Co-chair of the Environment Circle of the Full Circle Fund, a non-profit whose members grant their time and financial resources towards innovative and emerging bay area non-profits.

    Andrea Clatterbuck currently works on federal energy regulatory issues at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Prior to joining PG&E, Andrea worked at the Clean Coalition, a nonprofit advocating for the proliferation of innovative renewable energy policies. Andrea holds an MS in Environmental Management and Sustainability from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. While completing her MS, Andrea received a Boren Fellowship to study waste management policies in Japan and Southeast Asia. Prior to graduate school, Andrea was an English teacher for the JET Program and at Hosei University in Japan.

    Jeff Camp grew up in California, attending public schools in the Bay Area. During high school he developed an interest in education policy as an active member of the California Association of Student Councils. He earned his BA at Harvard in East Asian Studies, where he studied Japanese. He worked for 12 years at Microsoft in Redmond and Tokyo in roles in marketing, product leadership, and general management. Since moving to the Bay Area in 2001, Jeff has been a very active member of Full Circle Fund’s Education Circle, which he now chairs. He is the lead author of the Education Impact Guide, a summary of competing strategies for improving education in California. Jeff is a frequent speaker and writer on education issues. He served on the California Governor’s Committee on Education Excellence, and was a reviewer for the Race to the Top competition.

    Aiasha is the Deputy Director of Strategy & Impact at Root & Rebound.

    She previously worked as a volunteer paralegal at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto and a volunteer clinic coordinator at Bay Area Legal Aid in Redwood City, CA for its domestic violence restraining order clinic. For her work in nonprofit legal services, she received the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Services. Prior to her move to California, Aiasha was a Research and Communications Assistant at XLP, a London-based non-profit whose mission is to create positive futures for vulnerable and at-risk inner-city youth. At XLP, Aiasha authored a paper that shed new light on the exploitation of young women by street gangs in London and formed the basis of a 2014 critically acclaimed report by the Centre for Social Justice, Girls and Gangs. Aiasha has also previously interned at the UK Ministry of Justice.

    Aiasha received her BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2011.

    Pamela has 25 years of experience in the philanthropic arena. Prior to joining The San Francisco Foundation in 2016, she worked for seven years as a consultant specializing in nonprofit management, board governance and fundraising. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer for Carondelet Foundation, the philanthropic arm of a healthcare network in Southern Arizona. Pamela holds a BA in Communications and a Masters in Public Health. She moved to San Francisco in March 2014. In 2016 she served as co-chair of the FCF Green Economy team in the Environment Circle.

Before CleanREIT Partners, Bill founded Residential Growth Partners, a real estate fund and REIT. Earlier, in 1993, he founded Sonnetech Ltd. (now part of VeriSign) and served as its CEO until acquisition in 2002. Prior to that, he served as a senior executive at two technology companies during their initial public offerings (MTSI and PTEC), and he began his career at Union Bank of California. Through Hilliard Equities, Bill has been a board member or observer representing investors in three venture-backed firms. Also, he is an inventor or co-inventor named on eleven issued US patents. Bill is a member of the Executive Board of the Sloan School at MIT, and is a member of the American Solar Energy Society; IREC, the Interstate Renewable Energy Council; the U.S. Green Building Council, Angels Forum, the Band of Angels, and of NAREIT, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

    Bill earned a master’s degree in business from MIT, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematical economics from Pomona College. Concurrent with his business career, he was appointed as a Visiting Scholar at Wharton, and at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. His academic contributions were published in the Journal of Business Venturing, Venture Capital Journal, Knowledge@Wharton, and Wharton Magazine.

Previously, he was a senior strategy consultant at web consultancy iXL, working with Fortune 500 clients to develop and execute strategies on the Internet. Before that, he was a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen Consulting, and he started his career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers working with public sector clients.

    Michael is a graduate of Pomona College, with a bachelor of arts degree in International Relations. He currently lives in San Francisco.

Roxana actively consults Bay Area philanthropists on their giving, supports Full Circle Fund and The Ever Forward Club as a Board Member, and works as a Researcher for the Effective Philanthropy Lab at Stanford.

    Before Stanford, Roxana served as Interim CEO at Full Circle Fund and prior to that worked at Google for over five years managing a nonprofit consulting and grant-making portfolio aimed at increasing the number of underrepresented, underserved, and female students pursuing Computer Science globally.
