Sakina has as a passion for serving vulnerable populations and has worked on issues impacting minorities, low-income families, inner city youth, and women in the US and abroad. Sakina is an Engagement Manager at Camber Collective, a social impact consulting firm. Before that as a consultant at Bain & Company, she advised Fortune 100 Financial services clients on strategy and operations, and at Ethiopia’s Agriculture Transformation Agency she brought together governments, private companies, and NGOs to shape national agriculture policy.
In the realm of direct organizational change, she has managed the successful roll-out of new brand initiatives at Hilton Worldwide and, most recently, worked across a consortium of reproductive health organizations to use data to seed social change to empower women in the developing world. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Economics and Political Science from The University of Pennsylvania.
