Diane is FCF's Chief Operating Officer. A strategic leader with 15 years of combined management consulting and professional services experience, Diane has a deep record of empowering organizations on behalf of safer, more vibrant communities.
Previously, she was Chief of Staff and Programs at Net Impact and led transformative initiatives and engagements in Deloitte Consulting's Public Sector practice. Her focus has been in digital transformation, enterprise information technology and information security, and compliance and risk programs. Clients have included multiple U.S. Department of Homeland Security agencies, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the World Bank.
Diane enjoys being a strategic partner and pro bono consultant to local nonprofits and has served on numerous boards of directors, including as Membership Co-Chair of a women’s collective giving philanthropy Impact100 Philadelphia and as Board Vice President of a mental health housing nonprofit Housing Unlimited in greater Washington, DC. She is a Security Fellow and inaugural Member Advisory Board Committee member at the Truman National Security Project. Diane holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Federal Management and Policy from the George Washington University and a B.A. in English from the University of California at Berkeley.
