Position Description

The Sales Development Representative will grow and manage customer leads and business opportunities for FCF’s newest social impact program, the Corporate Accelerator Fund

We are looking for an ambitious, clear communicator who is committed to scaling social impact. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, the SDR will serve as a valued member of our close-knit team and represent the organization. It is therefore critical that this person is able to reflect FCF’s values, demonstrate FCF’s commitment to diversity, equity, and belonging principles, and inspire others to do their part in building a better Bay Area.

 

To be successful, this person will have a demonstrated record of successful sales or business development experience, a service mindset, and high-caliber written and speaking skills.

Responsibilities
  • Identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects

  • Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources

  • Set appointments for the Chief Business Officer when a lead reaches a qualified stage

  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce

  • Partner with the Chief Business Officer to build a repeatable outbound sales process for the Corporate Accelerator Fund

  • Meet or exceed target goals

  • Identify gaps in the business development processes and develop creative solutions

What You Bring​

  • At least 1-3 years of successful experience in an outbound sales or development role

  • Drive, grit, a team-oriented nature, and a strong desire to succeed 

  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Seamless.ai, Groove

  • The capability of understanding partners’ pain points, requirements and correlating potential value

  • Strong and professional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

  • A humble attitude and openness to hearing feedback and ways to improve

  • Intellectual curiosity

  • Clear, concise communication style

  • Nonprofit experience and a demonstrated passion for social impact, grantmaking, impact investing, or corporate social responsibility a plus

What We Offer

This contract opportunity is for three months with consideration for renewal dependent on performance and organizational needs. Compensation is $3,750 per month with eligibility for additional $2,500 monthly incentive bonus.

 

FCF is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but this role can be performed anywhere in the U.S.

Position Description

As an Operations and Development Consultant, you’ll implement impactful productivity and efficiency initiatives that help unlock value for the Full Circle Fund community. You’re a highly detail-oriented professional who is committed to scaling social impact and has a record of advising on and delivering high-quality operations, development, finance, gift and donor, and/or CRM technology services. In partnership with the Chief Operations Officer and a close-knit team, this person will play a key role in realizing FCF’s vision of unlocking $100M in generosity in the next five years for the social sector through scaling creative solutions, systems, processes with care and excellence.
