Lindsay Hower is a nonprofit executive leader with 15 years' experience in major and principal gift development as well as organizational management in the environmental, education and public health fields. She has cultivated a broad skill set in donor development strategy, board composition and stewardship, team and talent development, and she has held senior executive positions at a variety of organizations in San Francisco, New York and Washington, DC. Most recently, Lindsay served as the Bay Area Executive Director for Summer Search, a national youth development organization working in over 40 high schools across the region mentoring first generation college-bound students. Prior to her work at Summer Search, she led the U.S. team at Right To Play, a global sport for development organization, and served as the Director of Development at Rare, a global conservation group. Beyond her professional lens, Lindsay serves on the Board of Directors for Telluride Mountainfilm and Project Glimmer. She also volunteers as a leadership coach for the Braven program, which provides career readiness support for first generation college students. Lindsay is a world traveler, a TED speaker, a yogi, a rookie chef and an avid cyclist.
