Lingling is the Brand Manager at Nutiva, a sustainable organic superfoods company with a mission to revolutionize the way the world eats. Lingling leads innovation, consumer research, go-to-market strategy and brand building campaigns to ensure Nutiva's mission comes to life. She also champions special initiatives that help Nutiva enter new categories such as nutrition and body care. Prior to Nutiva, Lingling worked in global marketing, corporate strategy, and innovation at Rich Products, a global foodservice company.
Beyond her day job, Lingling is the Founder of Food Innovation Circle, a meetup community dedicated to exploring good food innovation. She also curates the Business for Impact series at General Assembly, driven by her passion for social innovation, sustainability, and purpose-driven businesses. Lingling holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and was recognized as 30 under 30 in Western New York in 2015.
