Amar Al Hosani
Program Manager at Full Circle Fund
Amar is driven by work that allows him to support mission-oriented organizations in bridging more equitable access to critical resources and opportunities. He brings to Full Circle Fund over five years of experience in strategic partnerships, revenue development, and skills-based volunteer programs in San Francisco nonprofit organizations. Amar was most recently Director of Corporate Engagement and Volunteers at Mission Graduates, an education nonprofit that expands access to higher education, careers, and community for low-income youth and families. Previously, we worked at Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco and the Glide Foundation.
His social sector experience underscores the importance of shaping philanthropy through community partnerships and a racial justice lens that provides resources to fill the gap where government funding ends and transformative programs begin.
Amar is a first-generation Filipino/Emirati immigrant, enjoys reading non-fiction, indoor gardening, crocheting, cooking with friends, and exploring San Francisco on foot. Amar earned his BA in Art History from San Francisco State University.
