20+ Years, 250+ Nonprofit Partners

Full Circle has partnered with over 250 nonprofits in the Bay Area for our PROJECTS and supported 1,000s of volunteers. Full Circle hosts PROJECT teams of half a dozen people, and over the course of 4 months, teams learn how to best use their skillset to address a specific challenge of their nonprofit partner and create clear deliverable goals.

Translate your skills into deliverables

Not sure how you’d be able to directly translate your skills into actionable deliverables?

Full Circle supports all team members throughout the project with interactive workshops including:

  • Stakeholder Interviewing & Synthesis Learn who are the stakeholders in the nonprofit community and learn empathy interviewing for project planning and relationship-building. Conduct interviews with nonprofit partners and practice active listening within the cohort.

  • Identifying our Values Develop self-awareness of your values and societal position. Discuss privilege, share your story, and understand how your values influence your path.

  • Systems Change Understand systems thinking in social justice. Analyze how your nonprofit partner interacts with systems and explore your personal connection to societal inequalities.

  • Staying Involved Social change work looks different for individuals throughout their lives. Sometimes

“build allyship and solidarity”

“Here in the Bay, we have so many transplants that don’t know enough about the organizing and advocacy that’s going on here. And I think that’s the critical work: connecting young professionals in tech or other wealthier sectors with local organizations to build stronger allyship and solidarity. I think for me that’s the most exciting piece about Full Circle.”

Kevin Li, Full Circle member since 2018

“compassionate, brilliant, dedicated”

“Full Circle has equipped our small but might department with a bad-ass project team full of compassionate, brilliant, and dedicated people who are infusing our work with the support, capacity and expertise we need to understand and deepen our impact.”

Elliot, Prison Advocacy Coordinator at Ella Baker Center for Human Rights
