Rima joined Full Circle Fund in 2023 following its merger with YCore where she spent 3 years as a program manager. Rima’s passionate about the power of collective action and gets energized about mobilizing her community to work towards justice and equity. She loves the San Francisco Bay Area and is grateful that her role gives her the opportunity to connect more deeply with the incredibly community of change-makers, activists, and nonprofits in the Bay!

Dara joined Full Circle Fund in 2023. She is dedicated to working with dynamic organizations to advance a future worthy of the next generations. With a background in community organizing and nonprofit leadership, she brings 12+ years experience partnering with staff, volunteers, donors and boards to catalyze change. Dara’s approach is nuanced by years of study and work at the intersections of spirituality and social justice. She loves the ocean, the SF Bay Area, and exploring bookshops looking for local authors.
